The non-teaching team comprises of staff with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with high standards and attention to detail. They maintain a benchmark in hygiene, cleanliness, safety and security of all family members. The school functions smoothly because of their organisational skills, including planning, prioritising and working to deadlines. Their ability to deal with visitors and parents in a friendly manner and with tact and diplomacy when required is appreciated. All support staff can cope with a varied and demanding workload and this they do with an ability to establish good working relationships, sense of humour and a can-do-attitude. They stay committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at the enhanced level as well as compliance with the school regulations.
A robust, transparent and accessible continuous development programme is in place for all members of staff. The school allocates substantial funds to this programme on an annual basis as it believes that staff are the school’s most significant resource. The aim of the CPD is to ensure the constant upgrading of staff competencies and their alignment with global standards. An annual performance development system allows for ongoing review of standards and professional growth.
